The short version

Mach 2 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your practice sessions, presets, and settings stay entirely on your device.

Data collection

Mach 2 does not collect any personal information. We do not track your usage, location, or any other data. The app functions entirely offline and requires no account creation or sign-in.

Local storage

All app data — including your BPM settings, presets, practice logs, and theme preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard frameworks (UserDefaults and SwiftData). This data is never transmitted to any server.

In-app purchases

Mach 2 offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's own privacy policy governs the transaction.

Third-party services

Mach 2 does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties.

Children's privacy

Mach 2 does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. Since no personal data is collected at all, the app is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy is ever updated, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Since Mach 2 collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
